Hardware from Rui’an

The company started as a hardware supplier to Chinese window fabricators and grew around one idea: a window is bought as a system, so the hardware should be supplied the same way. A fabricator building a tilt-and-turn window gets the handle, the transmission, the locking plates, both hinges, the blocks and the stay in one box, matched to the catalogue page for that system.

The plant covers mould development, stamping, die casting, injection moulding, surface finishing and assembly. Doing the tooling in-house is what makes it possible to adjust a part when a profile changes, instead of offering whatever is closest.

Products are exported to Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and the company also manufactures for other brands — private label on the hardware and on the carton, in the finish the buyer specifies.
